将全寿命周期设计理念应用到线路工程设计中,能有效地避免设计阶段可能发生的"短期行为",通过安全可靠性设计、可施工性设计、可维护性设计、节约环保性设计、全寿命成本优化设计,从而实现项目整个寿命期内的效益最大化。
The application of total-life-cycle design idea in project design of transmission line can effectively avoid the ＂shortsighted action＂ during design period. Through the design for security, reliability, construction, maintainability, environment protection and cost optimization, the project＇ s maximum benefit in the total life cycle is realized.
