摘要
针对保护气输送过程中的二次污染所造成的锡液氧化、产品质量下降等问题提出了弥补的办法。就终端纯化装置对高纯气体中残余氧的堵截机理进行了理论分析,并提供了反应器的设计依据。
Theoretical analysis on block-up mechanism of residual oxygen in hyper-pure gas by terminal purifier was conducted and appropriate design considerations of reactor were also presented. Some remedial procedures were recommended directed towards the downgrade of glass quality due to oxidized melt-tin resulted from secondary pollution while delivering protective gases.
