摘要
以 AX100摩托车发动机活塞为研究对象,将接触问题非线性有限元理论应用于活塞的结构强度分析与计算,提出了一种新的活塞三维有限元接触模型,利用该模型对活塞进行分析与计算,不仅可以得到活塞的应力和变形,还可以计算出活塞与活塞销之间的压力分布。
The study is done based on the piston used for AX100 motorcycle engine. In this paper, the finite element theory for non-linearity of contact is applied to the strength analysis and calculation of structure, and a new 3-dimensional finite element contact model for pistons is proposed. The stress and deformation of the piston and piston pin can be measured by means of the model said.
