摘要
综述了酰胺型阳离子、阴离子Gemini表面活性剂的合成路线和产品性能.其中,酰胺型阳离子Gemini表面活性剂的生物降解性好,毒性小,性能卓越,但合成条件较苛刻,原料价格较高;酰胺型阴离子Gemini表面活性剂的合成种类较多,但合成步骤长,副反应多.指出,应用廉价原料,采用环境友好的工艺路线将是酰胺型Gemini表面性活剂的研究方向.
With a detailed comparison and classification to amide Gemini surfactants as well in terms of their structural features, the products properties and procedures of the synthesis of cationic,anionic amide gemini surfactants were summarized. Cationic amide Gemini had good performance, good biodegradability, and little toxicity, but the synthesis of cationic amide Gemini needed rigorous conditions and expensive raw materials. The types of anionic amide Gemini surfactants were various, however, there were more side reactions in process, and synthesis steps were long. The direction to the development of the synthesis of amide Gemini surfactants was application of low-cost raw materials, and use of environmental friendly process route.
