In order to meet the requirement of consistency, topicality, security for information in all the process of graduation design, adopting three-tier B/S structure, the Internet network and Oracle database technologies,a new management system based on Web was designed and implemented, which is specially made for the graduation design of higher education. It can carry out the whole management for the graduation essay work of the colleges. It has an important reference value for the informationization of the graduation essay management work of colleges.
