摘要 针对干检式检漏存在着系统易受温度因素影响、加快测量节拍会导致测量精度下降的问题,通过数学分析,分别从检测方法、检测过程、参数模型、容器材料差异等方面,对密封容器干检式检漏的温度敏感性进行了研究和分析.结果表明,参数模型对温度有敏感性,引入温度参数补偿修正测量结果十分必要,可以为检漏仪的设计及补偿策略的制定提供依据. The dry-type leak detection has many problems. For example:it is subject to the influence of temperature;the measurement accuracy is decreased due to the quickened measurement pace. Aiming at these problems, the temperature sensitivity of the dry-type leak detection for sealed container was analyzed through mathematical analysis and examples from aspects like detection method, detection process, parameter model, container material and so on. The results showed that the parameter model has sensitivity to temperature, and it is necessary to compensate and rectify the temperature parameters, which provides basis for the design of the leak detector and the compensation policy.
