摘要
采用冷原子吸收分析法、等离子发射光谱法、原子荧光光谱法对不同产地的15个六味地黄丸中汞、砷、铅元素含量进行测定。结果表明,铅含量为0.40~3.80μg·g^-1;砷含量为0.12—5.88μg·g^-1;汞含量为0.008—2.310μg·g^-1。
Speetrophotometry was employed to determine Hg in the present work. Pb was quantified with the utility of ICP-AESW, and atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used to measure As Liter. Contents of Hg, Pb and As ranged in 0.008~2.310μg·g^-1,0.40-3.80μg·g^-1and0.12-5.88μg·g^-1, respectively.
