摘要
本研究以抗炎镇痛为指标,探讨大蝎子草提取物的抗风湿作用。用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇对大蝎子草95%乙醇提取物进行分段萃取,再用小鼠急性耳廓肿法、棉球肉芽肿法考察各萃取部位的抗炎活性;小鼠热板法、醋酸扭体法考察各萃取部位的镇痛活性。结果表明,乙酸乙酯萃取部位具有显著的抗炎和镇痛活性,能明显抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠急性耳廓肿胀、小鼠棉球肉芽肿;可使醋酸所致的扭体次数明显减少,并使小鼠热板法痛阈明显提高。
The effect of Girardinia diversifolia extracts was investigated using anti-inflammatory and analgesic index in the present works. The extract of 95% ethanol from Girardinia diversifolia (I.ink) Friis had been obtained by petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol. The anti- inflammation and analgsic effect in mice were further evaluated herein. The result proved that ethyl acetate part demonstrated an obvious anti-inflammatory and analgestic effects. Therefore, the extracts could obviously inhibit the ear edema induced by xylene, as well as granuloma induced by cotton ball. Further, pains caused by hot borad might be considerably alleviated after the utility of this extract.
