摘要
笔者运用单因素和正交试验,采用大孔树脂纯化方法对马尾松树皮中原花青素的提取纯化工艺进行研究。结果表明,提取温度为70℃;时间为3 h;乙醇浓度为70%;料液比为1∶30。在此条件下原花青素的提取率为5.12%;AB-8和DM301型大孔树脂吸附解吸最好。经DM301大孔树脂纯化后,原花青素的纯度可达到35.27%。
The extraction and purification techniques of proanthocyandins from Pinus massoniana bark were established with the utility of one-factor and orthogonal experiment in the current work. The results showed that the optimal condition was as following: 1) the best temperature is 70℃; 2) the solid-liquid ratio is 1:30; 3) the total time is 3h, and4) the best proportion of ethanol is 70%. Additionally, the best macroporous resin is AB-8 or DM301. The extraction yield could be up to 5.12% under the optimal procedure. After purified by DM301, the purification of proanthocyandins could be as high as 35.27%.
