土壤水分与烟草生长发育和生理代谢的相关研究进展

The Progress on the Effect of Soil Water on Growth and Development and Physiological Metabolism of Tobacco

水分是烟草生长发育和生理代谢的重要生态因子,也是有效调控烟叶产量和品质的主要手段之一,优质烟叶生产必须适时、适量地满足烟株的水分需求。本文综述了土壤水分与烟草生长发育、产量和品质形成、水分和矿物质代谢、光合和呼吸作用、质膜及保护酶系统、内源激素变化等相关研究,并介绍了提高烟株抗旱节水能力的技术措施和烟草抗旱基因工程研究新进展。

Soil water is an important ecological factor for the growth and development, as well as physiological metabolism of tobacco plants. Also, it plays key role in the establishment of output and quality of tobacco leaves. To produce tobacco leaves with good quality, it is essential to supply adequate water for tobacco plants during the whole growth stage. In this paper, the progress related to the effects of soil water on growth and development, output and quality for- marion, water and mineral metabolism, photosynthesis and respiration, cell membranes and protection enzymes of membranes lipid peroxidation, as well as the change of endogenie hormones in tobacco were reviewed. Furthermore, some new techniques to improve the drought resistance and water - saving capability of tobacco production, and advance in transgenic engineering aiming to enhancing tobacco drought tolerance were summarized herein.
