Research on digital assembly system based on laser tracking

数字化装配技术涉及到众多的技术领域,从飞机产品的数字化定义起,就开始考虑装配相关的因素,并在后续的过程中不断循环完善,从而形成对装配工作的数据支持。因此,在数据完备的情况下,数字化装配系统是集成了光、机、电、软件和信息技术的一个大型自动化系统。本文通过对国外数字化装配应用情况介绍,阐明了数字化装配系统的数据支持过程及其工作原理,并对其关键技术的集成应用进行了论述。

Digital assembly technology include many fields.The related assembly factors had been taking into account from the initial digital definition to ceaselessly perfecting process subsequently,forming the data support for sequential assembly process.Thereby,with the data self-definition situation,the digital assembly system can be treated as a large automation system integrated with optical,mechanical,electronic,software and information technologies.Through the case study introduction of abroad assembly applications,the data supporting process and working principle of digital assembly system are illustrated and the integrated applica- tions of many key techniques are discussed.
