摘要
目的了解髋关节置换患者的健康知识水平及其相关因素,为护士有针对性的健康教育提供依据。方法运用质性研究的方法对30例髋关节置换的患者,分骨折后、围术期、康复期三个阶段进行访谈和观察,了解其相关健康知识水平,归纳出影响健康知识水平的因素,并运用护理程序分阶段地进行系统的健康教育,对比分析健康教育前后的相关知识水平。结果患者三个阶段的相关知识水平均有不同程度的提高,差异有统计学意义。结论运用质性研究的方法,可指导护士有针对性地实施健康教育,提高了髋关节置换患者的相关知识水平。
Objective To study the level of health knowledge of patients with hip joint replacement, related factors and to provide the basis of targeted health education for nurses.Methods 30 cases of hip replacement were dividied into sub-fracture, peri-operative period and stage of recovery. They were interviewed and observed by qualitative research. Based on their level of knowledge related health inferred a level of knowledge of the factors that influence health and the use of nursing process in stages systematic health education, comparative analysis of health e- ducation before and after the relevant knowledge.Results The levels of knowledge of patients in three stages raised significantly.Conclusion The use of qualitative research methods can guide nurses in the implementation of targeted health education and improve the relevant knowledge in patients with hip replacement.
