转型期村落社会关系与社区整合探析——以浙北芦溪村为例

A Survey of the Village Social Relationship and Community Conformity in the Transitional Period

由于社会资本与社会网的理论支撑以及社会转型的大背景,乡村社会关系研究具有重要的理论与现实意义。深入的个案研究表明,村落社会关系具有较为典型的转型期特征。其中关系层面的社区社会资本主要表现为:和睦的初级社会关系、互惠的工具理性关系、封闭性网络结构,以及不同群体的中介结构。上述关系要素与结构在社区整合方面发挥了重要作用。存在的问题主要有:弱势群体社会关系资源匮乏,被排斥在主流社会网络之外;次级社会关系发育尚不充分,组织化协调路径不够健全。相应的对策是,建构弱势群体的社会支持网络,完善农村的组织化互动网络,实现有利于社区整合的乡村互动网络的重构。

Owing to the theory of social capital and social net and the great background of social transition, the research into the social relationship of the countryside has great theoretical and immediate significance. A deep study of an individual case shows that village social relationship has the typical feature of the transitional period, of which the community social capital of the relationship mainly embodies in harmonious primary social relationship, mutually beneficial tool reason relationship, closed net structure and media structure of different groups of people. The element and structure of those relationships play an important role in conforming community. But there still exist such problems as the lack of social relationship resource for the weak group of people with their exclusion of the main stream social net, immaturity of the secondary social relationship and incompletion of the approach of organizational coordination. To solve the problems, we should construct the social support net for the weak group of people, perfect the interaction net of the rural organizations and reconstruct the rural interaction net beneficial to the conformation of communities.
