摘要
目的:研究木通皂苷D在大鼠粪便中的代谢物。方法:灌胃木通皂苷D(400mg·kg-1)后收集粪样,运用高效液相色谱和质谱联用技术检测木通皂苷D的代谢产物。结果:在给药后大鼠的粪便中,发现并初步鉴定了5个主要代谢产物的化学结构。结论:大鼠口服给予木通皂苷D后,在粪便中的主要代谢产物为3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-常春藤皂苷元-28-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷、常春藤皂苷元-28-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷、3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-常春藤皂苷元、常春藤皂苷元及常春藤皂苷元-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷。
AIM: To investigate the metabolites of asperosaponin VI in rats' feces. METHODS: Feces were collected after oral administration of 400 mg·kg^-1 asperosaponin Ⅵ to rats. The samples were detected by LC-MSn method. RESULTS: Major metabolites were found in rat feces and their chemical structures were identified primarily. CONCLUSION: The metabolites found in feces were 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin-28-β-D- glucopyranoside, hederagenin-28-β-D-glucopyranoside, 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin, hederagenin, hederagenin-28-β-D-glucopyranoside-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside.
