Thoracic imageology feature of sarcoidosis and its clinic value

摘要 结节病的临床和影像学表现多种多样，部分具有特征性改变，但大多数表现隐匿，甚至不典型。本文综述结节病典型与不典型胸部x线与CT表现及其在诊断和预后判断中的意义，为结节病的临床诊断、治疗和预后评价提供依据。 The clinical and imageology manifestation of sarcoidosis are remarkably various,with some pathognomonic findings. But most of them are insidious,even atypical. This article reviews typical and atypical chest radiography and CT features of sarcoidosis and discusses the significance in the diagnosis and prognostic diagnosis, which provide base for clinical diagnosis, management and prognosis of sarcoidosis.
