摘要
气田钻采工艺紧跟气田开发步伐,坚持实用、经济、有效的原则,针对勘探开发过程中出现的新问题、新变化、新要求,积极攻关,稳步跟进,以"技术先进、工艺简单、综合考虑、整体配套、经济有效"为思路、突出低成本开发理念,初步形成了一套适合长庆低渗气田开发的钻采工艺配套技术,有力地推动了低渗气田经济有效开发。气田开发主体技术有:以PDC钻头为核心的快速钻井技术、以机械分层压裂、适度规模改造、低伤害压裂液为主体的压裂改造技术、以井下节流技术为核心的气井不加热,不注醇,集气管线不保温中低压集气新模式和以机械式和电磁式远程截断阀为主体的远程控制技术和采气工艺子系统数字化管理技术。
Followed by the gas field development,the technology gradually formed a set of suitable low-permeability gas field development technique to solve the new problems,new changes and new requirements by practical,economic,and effective principles.These technologies promoted the gas field development effectively and main technologies are PDC fast drilling techniqueZ,mechanical multiple fracturing,moderate scale,low damage fracture technique,middle and low -pressure gas gathering model as the core of the downhole throttling technology,remote-control technology with the mechanical and electromagnetic remote block valve,gas production technology system and digital management system.
