粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子治疗缺血性脑血管病

摘要 粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(granulocyte macrophage—colony stimulating factor,GM—CSF)是一种多功能生长因子,可刺激造血祖细胞(hemopoietic progenitor cell,HPC)增殖、分化和成熟并从骨髓向外周转移,诱导多种细胞增殖和分化。近年来的研究表明,GM—CSF在抗凋亡、诱导神经元分化和血管生成方面发挥着重要的作用,将是缺血性脑血管病治疗的新补充。文章就GM—CSF在缺血性脑血管病治疗中的作用做了综述。 Granulocyte macrophage-colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) is a multifunctional growth factor. It stimulates the proliferation, differentiation and maturity of hematopoietic progenitor cell (HPC), and transfers from bone marrow to periphery, inducing multiple cell proliferation or differentiation. In recent years, some studies have indicated that GM-CSF plays an important role in anti-apoptosis, inducing neuronal differentiation and angiogenesis, which will be a new supplement to the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.This article reviews the effects of GM-CSF in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
