摘要
目的:探讨局部脑损伤对小鼠海马区Bax,Bcl-2基因表达的影响。方法:40只BALB/c小鼠随机等分成正常组与脑损伤组,用免疫组织化学ABC法检测小鼠海马区Bax,Bcl-2的表达情况。结果:Bax,Bcl-2的免疫性物主要分布于海马区,胞浆染色。小鼠创伤性脑损伤24小时后,神经元Bax,Bcl-2的平均灰度分别为(43.6±3.3)和(54.6±4.2),低于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑损伤致海马区Bax,Bcl-2的表达下降。
Objective:To explore the change of Bax,Bcl-2 expression in hippocampus neuron at 24h after local brain Injury.Methods: The 40 mice were divided into normal group and brain injury group,and the expression of Bax and Bcl-2 in hippocampus were determined using ABC immunohistochemical technique.Results: The expression of Bax,Bcl-2 were distributed in hippocampus with stained cytoplasm.Results: At 24h after local brain being injured,the gray degree of Bax,Bcl-2 in neurons of hippocampus were(43.6± 3.3),(54.6±4.2),, respectively, which were lower than those in control group (P〈0.01). Conclusions: The expression of Bax and Bcl-2 were upregulated after local brain being injured.
