摘要
采用旋转圆柱体法研究了在温度1400℃下不同转速和渣中∑FeO/SiO_2、Al_2O_3、CaF_2含量等因素对石灰溶解速度的影响,并得出了J因子方程式。借助光学显微镜观察了试样试验后的显微结构,并探讨了本实验条件下CaO的溶解机理。
The equation of dimensionless J factor has been derived. From the results of investigation inwhich the effects of rotating speed, (∑FeO)/(SiO_2), contents of (Al_2O_3), (CaF_2) on the dissolutionrate of CaO in convertor slag at 1400℃ were studied by rotating cylinder method. The microstru-ctures of the CaO specimens before and after test were observed by optical microscope. Based onthe results the mechanism of CaO dissolution in converter slag is discussed.
