米索前列醇联合龙血竭治疗组织物残留效果观察

The clinical observation on the treatment of remaining tissue with Misoprostol and Dragons Blood Capsule

目的观察米索前列醇联合龙血竭胶囊治疗宫腔组织物残留,预防产后及流产后组织物残留出血的效果。方法2008年1月-2009年6月对35例宫腔组织物残留要求保守治疗的妇女,晨起空腹米索前列醇600μg一次性口服,2h后进餐,三餐后连续5d口服龙血竭胶囊为观察组。对照组为同期同等条件行清宫术者35例。结果观察组与对照组超声检查宫腔内异常回声消失率分别为94.3%及97.1%(P>0.05),观察组阴道出血时间3d～5d,对照组2d～5d(P>0.05)。结论米索前列醇联合龙血竭胶囊治疗宫腔组织物残留,可提高宫腔残留组织排出率,缩短阴道出血时间,值得推广。

Objective To observe the treatment of of remaining tissue with Misoprostol and Dragons blood Capsule in uterine cavity,and prevent bleeding postpartum and the abortion tissue leftover. Methods 35 cases of remaining tissue in uterine cavity from January 2008 to June 2009 who asked for expectant treatment, were asked to have 600ug misoprostol without eating anything in the morning,and have breakfast two hours later.The people who have Dragons blood Capsule after three meals respectively continuously for five days were put into a group. The patients who performed the evacuation with the equal terms during the same period were the control group.Results The disappearance tales of remaining tissue in uterine cavity checked by ultrasound were 94.3% and 97.1% （P〉0.05） respectively in treatment group and control group. The duration of vaginal bleeding in treatment group and control group was 3 to 5 days and 2 to 5 days （ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion Using misoprostol and dragons blood capsule to cure remaining tissue in uterine cavity may increase the discharge rate of remaining tissue in uterine cavity and shortened vaginal bleeding time. It＇s worth popularizing in clinic.
