微创内固定系统治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效分析

摘要 目的评价微创内固定系统治疗股骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法2007年6月-2008年12月通过微创内固定系统治疗股骨远端骨折13例,其中男10例,女3例,年龄18岁~65岁。AO/OTA33-A21例,33-A33例,33-C25例,33-C34例。以临床功能和X线检查评定治疗效果。结果13例均获得随访,平均随访时间9个月。13例骨折全部愈合,平均愈合时间14周(9周~18周)。膝关节功能评分(HSS评分·美国特种外科医院)优良11例,优良率84%。结论微创内固定系统治疗股骨远端骨折创伤小,对软组织干扰少,并且能够获得维持稳定的固定,有利于骨折早期愈合,减少并发症。 Objective To evaluate the cure effect of distal femur fracture with less invasive stabilization system. Methods From Jun 2007 to Jun 2009, 13 patients with distal femur fracture were treated with the less invasive stabilization system including 10 males and 3 females ( 18-65 years old ).According to AO/OTA classification, there were lof A2,3 of A2,3 of A3,5of C2 ,4 of C3. The effect was assessed according clinical function and radiological examination. Results All cases were followed up,with a mean follow up time of 9 months. Solid arthrodesis were obtained in all patients,with a mean time of 14 weeks .The fitness ratio of the score of HSS system was 84%. Conclusion The treatment of distal femur fracture with less invasive stabilization system can obtain stabilization,promote the facture healing in early stage and reduce complications.
