目的探讨运用"五常法"科学规范管理输液治疗车用物的方法。方法全面掌握老年输液患者所需用物,对照"五常法"标准,进行常组织、常整顿、常规范、常清洁、常自律。结果输液治疗车物品管理良好,使用安全、正常,提高了护理人员工作效率,减少工作耗时,增加了护理人员工作舒适度,保证工作质量,降低了护理风险,提升老年病科患者对护理工作的满意度。结论对输液治疗车用物实施"五常法"管理,能创造安全、舒适、整洁、高效的输液流程,提高老年病科的工作质量和效率。

Objective To investigate the ＂five permanent members of the Law＂ scientific and standardized management of infusion treatment methods were used.Methods Transfusion in elderly patients with the full materials required for control, ＂the five permanent members of law＂ standard, the regular organization, often rectify often standardized, regular cleaning,regular self-discipline.Resluts Treatment outcome of transfusion items well-managed,the use of safe, regular, nurses work to improve efficiency and reduce time-consuming work,an increase of comfort nursing staff to ensure the quality of work, reducing the risk of care and improve patient satisfaction in department of gerontology.Conclusion Treatment of transfusion were implemented with ＂five permanent members of the law, ＂management,can create a safe,comfortable,clean,efficient transfusion process and improve the working quality and efficiency in department of Gerontolog.
