临床护理路径在股骨颈骨折患者围术期应用的研究

Research of clinical nursing pathways in perioperative femoral neck fracture

目的探讨临床护理路径在股骨颈骨折患者围术期应用的效果。方法将80例患者随机分为试验组和对照组各40例,对照组实施常规护理,对试验组制定和实施临床护理途径。结果与对照组相比,试验组的平均住院天数和住院费用均显著减少(P<0.05),满意度明显提高(P<0.05),部分并发症显著降低(P<0.05)。结论在股骨颈骨折的护理中,制定恰当的临床护理路径能够提高工作效率,提高护理质量,减少住院费用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical nursing pathways in therapy of perioperative femoral neck fracture.Methods 80 patients with femoral neck fracture were randomized into two groups：the observation group and the control group with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the observation group received systemic nursing intervention according the chrical nursing pathways on the basis of routine nursing, and the control group received only routine nursing.Results Patients in the observation group had significantly shorter hospital stay （P〈0.05）, less cost of hospitazation（ P〈0.05 ） ,greater satisfaction（ P〈0.05 ）and less certain complications（ P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion Inthe nursing of femoral neck fracture, it raise the work efficiency and care quality, less cost of hospitalization to program appropriate clinical nursing pathways.
