摘要
SY5092型架线工程车是一种垂直升降式高空作业车，其升降器与国内同类产品有所不同。文章主要介绍了该车的升降系统和液压传动系统的设计与计算，还介绍了与液压元件选择有关的计算。针对目前存在的问题和未来市场的需求，提出了增加作业高度，提高车辆稳定性、改进操纵方式等一系列完善产品的措施。
The SY5092 type setting power lime vehicle is a kind of vertical lift type hydraulicaerial cage. Its lifter is different from interal similar production. This paper recommended designand calculation on the lifting system and the hydraulic trans mission system maimly,Besides,thispaper recommended calculation related to selec hydraulic elements. According to existent problemsand future market requlrements .this paper put forward some measures perfecting production,forinstance .increasing job height,raising stability,improving control manner and et al.
