摘要 新一轮基础教育课程改革背景下,对教师成为研究者的呼声愈来愈高,“教师即研究者”已经成为广大教师的共识,每一位教师都需要学习教育科研知识,懂得开展教育教学研究的方法。本文就乐山市中区小学教师教育研究能力现状进行调查分析,针对存在的问题提出相应对策建议。 Under the New Curriculum Reform background, the call for the teachers to become researchers is becoming higher and higher. In many teachers' eyes, teachers are researchers. Every teacher needs to learn education science and technology knowledge, and the method to do the science research. The thesis is to analyze the present conditions survey and policy research of teachers' abilities of education research in Le Shah primary school, and then the writer gives the responding policies according to the problems.
