摘要
通过黄泥田土盆栽试验研究了烤烟配施5种有机肥料对烟株旺长初期若干生理代谢的影响,结果表明:配施5种有机肥的烟叶硝酸还原酶(NR)活性均随有机氮比例增加而提高;配施鸡粪和稻草的烟叶光合色素含量随有机氮比例增加而增加,而饼肥、牛粪和猪粪则相反;配施鸡粪、饼肥和稻草的烟叶游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白质含量随有机氮比例增加而增加,而牛粪和猪粪则相反;配施鸡粪、饼肥和牛粪的烟叶可溶性总糖含量随有机氮比例增加而增加,而猪粪和稻草则相反。
The effects of five organic fertilizers on some flue-cured tobacco's metabolisms at early stage of flourishing grows were studied by pot experiments in the yellow mud fields. The results showed that the N R a s e activity of tobacco leafs all increased with the increasing of organic nitrogen. The photosynthetic p i g m e n t content increased with the increasing of chicken manure and straw, but cake fertilizer, cattle manure and pig manure got opposite results. The soluble protein and free amino content increased with the increasing of chicken manure, cake fertilizer and straw combined application, but cattle manure, pig manure got opposite results. And the total soluble sugar content enhanced with the increasing of chicken manure, cake fertilizer and cattle manure, on the contrary pig manure and straw got opposite results.
