银杏达莫注射液对不稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察及机制探讨

Effect of Ginkgo leaf extract/dipyridamole injection on unstable angina pectoris and its possible mechanism.

目的观察银杏达莫注射液治疗不稳定心绞痛的临床疗效并探讨其机制。方法将118例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组63例和对照组55例,两组均予常规治疗,治疗组加用银杏达莫注射液,比较两组患者症状疗效和心电图疗效以及在治疗前后血清中MMP-9、MDA的浓度和SOD活力。结果治疗组和对照组症状缓解率分别为87.3%和67.3%,心电图好转率分别为90.5%和61.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组MMP-9和MDA浓度均较治疗前下降,SOD活力均明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组MMP-9和MDA的降低幅度以及SOD的升高幅度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银杏达莫能有效治疗不稳定性心绞痛,其机制可能与降低MDA和MMP-9水平,升高SOD活力有关。

Objective To study the effect of Ginkgo leaf extract/dipyridamole injection on unstable angina pectoris and its possible mechanism. Methods 118 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into 63 cases of the treatment group and the control group of 55 cases. Based on the routine treatments, the treatment group were treated with Ginkgo leaf extract/dipyridamole injection for 14 days. Before and after treatment, the clinical symptom was evaluated and electrocardiogram was performed. Peripheral bloods were obtained from UAP patients before and after the treatment and the plasma levels of MMP - 9, MDA and SOD were detemined. Results Symptoms of the total efficiency of the treatment group and the control group were 87.3% and 67.3%, and ECG efficiency were 90.5% and 61.8%, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference between two groups after the treatment. Plasma concentrations of MMP - 9 and MDA in two groups were significantly decreased （P 〈 0. 05 ）, whereas the level of SOD in two groups was significandy increased （P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with control group, the treatment group further decreased the levels of MMP - 9 and MDA and increased the levels of SOD （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ginkgo leaf extraet/dipyridamole injection is effective in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris, and the possible mechanism is that Ginkgo leaf extract/dipyridamole injection can decrease plasma concentrations MMP-9 and MDA, and increase the levels of SOD.
