腰大池置管持续引流结合鞘内注射治疗颅内感染27例疗效观察

Continuous drainage CSF via lumbar catheter combined with intrathecal injections in the treatment of post-cranioectomy intracranial infection.

目的探讨腰大池置管持续引流结合鞘内注射治疗颅内感染的疗效。方法27例开颅术后出现颅内感染的患者采用腰椎穿刺腰大池置管持续外引流结合鞘内注射治疗。结果该方法临床有效例数为25例,细菌清除例数为25例,不良反应发生例数为2例。结论开颅术后出现颅内感染的病人在全身应用敏感抗生素的前提下采用腰大池置管持续外引流结合鞘内注射治疗可明显提高疗效。

Objective Objective To evaluate the efficacy of continuous drainage CSF via lumbar catheter combined with intrathecal injection in the treatment of intracranial infection after cranioectomy. Methods 27 patients with intracranial infection after cranioectomy were treated by continuous drainage CSF via lumbar catheter combined with intrathecal injections. Results The clinical total effective number was 25, with bacilus being cleaned out. Adverse reaction occurred in 2 cases. Conclusion The continuous drainage CSF via lumbar catheter combined with intrathecal injections is a safe and effective method for intracranial infection.
