摘要
通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法,运用现代系统科学的耗散结构理论,论证了竞技能力系统"能量流"是一个由"稳定"-"失稳态"-"新稳态"的周而复始的过程。从耗散结构与平衡结构、超量恢复学说与适应学说及其拓展等方面对平衡与稳态进行了辨析,旨在提高体育运动整体效益、运动员竞技水平与青少年体能锻炼。
Through hterature, logic analysis, the paper proves that "energy flow" in athletic ability system is not a cycling process of "balance"-"imbalance"-"balance" applying theory of dissipative structures in modem system science, but a process of "steady"-"lost steady"-" new steady". Dissipative structure and balance structure, super doctrine and its adaption as well as its extension are used for the analysis on the balance and steady state in order to improve the overall efficiency of sports, athletes' competition level and young people's physical exercises.
