不同中草药对一次性力竭运动小鼠下丘脑自由基和总抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:2

The Influence of Difference Drugs on the Metabolism of Free Radical and Total Anti-oxidizing Ability of Hypothalamus after Exhaustive Swimming in Mice

摘要 为了探讨人参茎叶、北冬虫夏草和辽东楤木对力竭状态下丘脑自由基代谢的影响及其机制。以昆明种雄性小鼠80只,随机分为5组,进行一次性力竭游泳。采用分光光度法测定运动后即刻小鼠下丘脑T-AOC、MDA。结果发现:1)与NC组相比:EC组T-AOC水平显著下降,MDA水平显著升高,P<0.01。2)与EC组相比:PG组小鼠游泳至力竭的时间明显增加,MDA水平明显下降,P<0.05;T-AOC水平有升高趋势,但无统计学意义。CM组小鼠游泳至力竭的时间明显增加,T-AOC水平明显升高,MDA水平明显下降,P<0.05。AE组小鼠游泳至力竭的时间明显增加,P<0.05;T-AOC水平有升高趋势,但无统计学意义;MDA水平显著下降,P<0.01。表明:1)一次性力竭游泳运动可使小鼠下丘脑总抗氧化能力下降、脂质过氧化作用增强。2)人参茎叶提取物、北虫草发酵液和辽东楤木根皮提取物在一定程度上可提高小鼠下丘脑总抗氧化能力,减缓脂质过氧化损伤,增强机体运动能力,延缓运动性疲劳的发生。 Objective: The purpose of this article was to evaluate the effects of extract of Panax ginseng, Corduceps militaries and Aralia elata on the metabolism of free radical of hypothalamus after exhaustive swimming in mice. Method: Kunming male mice(n=80)were divided into 5 groups randomly. The exercise model was one time exhaustive swimming after the corresponding mice were administered with Panax ginseng, Corduceps militaries and Aralia elata for 5 weeks. T - AOC and MDA of hypothalamus were determined for each sample by spectrophotometry. Results: 1 ) Compared with NC group: the level of T- AOC of EC group decreased notably; the level of MDA of EC group rose notably, P 〈 0.01.2)Compared with EC group: Exhausted time of PG group incredsed obviously, the level of MDA of PG group decreased obviously, P 〈 0. 05; the level of T- AOC of PG group has upward tendency, but there is no significance. Exhausted time of CM group increased obviously, the level of T - AOC of CM group increased obviously, the level of MDA of CM group decreased obviously, P 〈 0.05. Exhausted time of AE group increased obviously, P 〈 0.05; the level of T- AOC has upward tendency, but there is no significance; the level of MDA of AE group decreased notably, P 〈 0.01. Conclusions: 1) one time exhaustive swimming may letdown the ability of antioxidation, and manifold oxidation of mice' hypothalamus.2)Pauax ginseng, Corduceps militaries and Araha elata improved the ability of antioxidation of mice' hypothalamus, then prevented hypothalamus from injury of oxidation and stayed the occurring of fatigue.
