机体振动力量训练案例分析 被引量:9

摘要 信息时代,知识技能积累加速、理念更新加快,多个领域出现实践领先于理论,理论滞后于实践的现象,竞技训练界尤甚,金牌的背后是一个又一个生动的案例。运用文献资料、带队训练实践、实验对照、专家访谈点评、现象剖析总结等方法,主要针对当前振动力量训练在国内近十年的竞技举重训练实践发展、产生效果以及机制进行研究。得出相关点评结果主要涉及:振动力量训练比传统力量训练同等条件下效果好,4~6周可达机体极限力量水平,有助于发展局部关节肌肉力量和张力平衡,提高拮抗肌群功能。相关机制研究主要涉及:振动力量训练发展历程、相关训练现象特征、系数、类型、效果研究,以及生物学研究中的生理学基础、肌肉功能变化、机体机能变化等;振动训练的局限性主要涉及:具体使用时间点、段等的外部适应条件、与传统力量训练之间关系以及今后的发展等问题。仅此提供与当前竞技训练时实践。 At present of the information age, the knowledge skill is accumulated and accelerated, the idea is upgraded, in many fields presents practice to lead the theory, which is the phenomenon of theory lags behind practice, particularly in sports training, and vivid cases are behind each gold medal. By methods of htemture, team training practice, expert interview and critics, and phenomenon explanation, it tries to study the development of vibration strength train practice in the recent ten years in its effect and mechanism of weightliffing in China. It finds that: vibration strength training is more effective than the traditional training method under the same condition, 4 to 6 weeks' training can make organism reach or exceed the strength limit, and it facilitates developing some muscles' and joints' strength and tensile balance. It also increases function of antagonist muscles. Relative study on the mechanism concerns development of vibration training, characteristics, coefficient, type, and effect of vibration training, physiology foundation, function and kinesiology change of organism, external condition, relation and traditional training, and development of vibration training. It provides practices to today's sports training.
