摘要
推铅球是速度力量型运动项目,力量训练在铅球运动员体能训练中占有重要的地位。本研究通过理论分析与实验研究,说明铅球运动员力量训练的不足,阐明小肌群力量训练的重要性,并通过教学训练实践课进行分组实验,通过生物力学方法分析小肌群力量训练对被试运动技术与运动成绩的影响,从而为广大教练员在铅球运动员的体能训练中提供一定程度的参考。
Shot put is speed-strength movement,and strength training plays an important role in the physical training of shot put athletes.The importance and lack of strength training for shot-put athletes were summarized through literature consultation and theoretical analysis.The impact of performance and technology by small muscle strength training were analyzed through biomechanical way.Effects of weak muscles,strength training were analyzed for coaches,and athletes, reference in their training.
