摘要 介绍了高速公路波形钢护栏的各种浸铝工艺,其工艺过程包括了预处理、浸铝、后处理和性能评价四个步骤.详细地探讨了熔剂成分、浸铝温度、浸铝时间和提升速度等工艺参数对镀层表面性能的影响.该技术开发出了高质量的浸铝镀层,并被成功地用于海洋大气环境和工业大气环境的高速公路护栏工程建设中. The aluminizing technologies of wave shape steel fences for highways are presented in this paper.The technological process includes pre treatment, aluminizing,post treatment and performance characterization.The influences on the coating surface performences of the technological parameters, such as components of flux,temperature and time of aluminizing,and speed of lifting,are discussed in detail.The high quality aluminizing coatings are developed based on these technologies.The technologies are successfully applied to highway fences in maritime atmospheric environment and industrial atmospheric environment successfully.
