Ｒａｎｄ（１９８９）［１］提出面源分布的圆定理，试图将它应用于环量控制翼的研究，并获得了理论解．然而，其计算有误，所得理论解能否成立尚需商榷．本文将指出其问题所在，并对进一步解决这个问题作了讨论．

advanced the circle theorems by surface source distribution,and tried to apply it to the research of circulation controlled airfoil,and gained a closed form analytical solution. But his calcutation was wrong.Whether his solution about the circulation controlled airfoil of his hypothesis needed to debate.This paper pointed out the problem of it and gave a new proposal for the relationship between the lift coefficient and the blowing momentum coefficient.
