摘要
本文对高钛型高炉渣泡沫化的机制进行了理论分析和实验验证。结果表明在泡沫化过程中熔渣表面膜的结构和性质,尤其是熔渣的表面粘度起着重要的作用。硅酸盐高温熔渣的表面粘度决定于吸附富集在表面的SiO_2量及表面膜结构的复杂程度。TiC、TiN固相微细颗粒对泡沫的稳固作用不大。
The theoretical analysis and experimental examination of foaming mechanism of high titaniaBF slag have been made. Results show that surface film structure, surface property, especiallysurface viscosity of molten slag plays an important role in foaming process. The surface visco-sity of molten silicate slag depends upon the quantity of SiO_2 adsorbed and concentrated on thesurface and the complex of surface film structure. The stabilizing effect of TiC, TiN solid parti-cles on foam is not considerable.
