摘要
本文应用Litvin的局部综合方法进行了准双曲面齿轮切齿设计的推导。通过一次计算便能获得HGM和HGT加工的准双曲面齿轮的全部切齿参数。并且在啮合区位置、接触椭圆尺寸、接触轨迹方向和传动误差的形状、幅值等啮合质量方面严格符合预先给定的要求,为简化准双曲面齿轮的加工试切及保证传动质量提供了条件。
In this paper, Litvin's Local Synthesis Method was used to determine all machine-tool settings for HGM and HGT cutting, with which the location of contact area, the dimension of contact ellipse, the direction of contact path, the shape and magnitude of transmission error of machined hypoid gear drive can satisfy prescribed requirement accurately. So the method will simplify the trail cutting of hypoid gears and assure the quality of transmission.
