This paper expounds several methods for welding or soldering neutral conductors of alternator stators, and through comparative analysis of tin soldering,resistance heated soldering,depolimerization hot pressure welding and diffussion welding with solder between pieces,the conclusion that diffussion welding with solder between pieces is the best and most reliable for welding neutral conductors of alternator stator has been drawn.
