摘要 做好建筑节能工作,是落实科学发展观,建设节约型社会和节约型城镇的重要举措,也是现代建筑技术发展的方向。把太阳能开发利用作为一个重点,利用太阳能解决冬季采暖和四季生活热水供应,以减少建筑能耗,发展城乡节能建筑体系,是西藏建筑节能设计标准的一个重要宗旨。希望能给在建筑领域里工作的同志们一点启示。 Better implementation of energy saving construction design is an important measure for implementation of scientific development concept, and building the energy saving oriented society. It is also the main stream of modem architectural technological development. Taking the development and utilization of solar energy as a priority, and making use of solar energy in winter heating and domestic hot water supplement during the whole year in order to reduce building energy consumption and developing urban and rural energy-saving building systems, as well as setting up energy efficiency design standard in Tibet is an important objective.
