摘要
目的采用《颈性眩晕症状功能评估量表》评价耳穴综合疗法对颈性眩晕的即时效应。方法采用《颈性眩晕症状功能评估量表》,对48例患者接受耳穴综合治疗前后,分别记录主观症状评分,进行治疗前后比较。结果治疗前后两组数据,经统计学处理差异有显著意义。显效率91.7%,有效率6.2%,无效率2.1%。结论耳穴综合疗法治疗颈性眩晕,即时效应显著。
Objective To evaluate the immediate effect of ear point combined treatment on cervical vertigo using a cervical vertigo symptom and function assessment scale. Methods A cervical vertigo symptom and function assessment scale was designed. The subjective symptom score was counted before and after treatment in a treatment group who received ear point combined treatment. A pre-/post-treatment comparison was made. Results The pre-treatment and post-treatment data had a statistically significant difference. The marked efficacy rate, efficacy rate and inefficacy rate were 91.66%, 6.25% and 2.09%, respectively.Conclusion Ear point combined treatment has a marked immediate effect on cervical vertigo.
