电针百会、三阴交对大鼠睡眠剥夺细胞因子的影响 被引量:11

Effects on the Cytokines in Rats of Sleep Deprivation by Electro-acupuncturing at Baihui and Sanyinjiao

摘要 目的探讨电针对该模型大鼠的细胞因子的影响,并采用酶联免疫吸附检测方法,观察针灸的抗睡眠剥夺作用。方法将30只健康SD大鼠随机分为对照组10只,模型组10只,电针组10只,对照组采用大平台法造模;模型组采用小平台法造模,电针组造模同模型组,给予每日1次的电针治疗。采用酶联免疫吸附法测定大鼠海马白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β),白细胞介素-2(IL-2)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量改变。结果电针能明显降低睡眠剥夺大鼠海马IL-1β、IL-2及TNF-α含量(P<0.01)。结论电针能明显改善睡眠剥夺大鼠的细胞免疫功能,细胞因子可能参与了大鼠的睡眠调节。 Objective This study is to explore the effects of electro-acupuncture on the expression of cytokines in the rat models of sleep deprivation, and to observe the efficacy of acupuncture on anti-sleep-deprivation by employing ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay). Methods Thirty healthy SD rats were randomized into the control group, model group, and electro-acupuncture group, with 10 rats in each group. The large platform modeling method was used in the control group and the small platform modeling method was adopted in the model group. In the electro-acupuncture group, the modeling method was as same as that in the model group and the electro-acupuncture treatment was given once everyday. The ELISA was used to determine the concentration of IL-1β (Interleukin-1β), IL-2 (Interleukin-2) and TNF-α (Tumor Necrosis Factor-m) in the hippocampus of the rats. Results The electro-acupuncture significantly reduced the concentration of IL-1β, IL-2 and TNF-α in the hippocampus of sleep deprivation in rats. Discussion The electro-acupuncture can effectively improve the cell immune function in rats of sleep deprivation, and the cytokines maybe involved in the sleep-regulation of the rats.
