某中速船用柴油机低NO_x排放模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过在中速船用柴油机喷油泵柱塞套上开设调压孔,以实现降低NOx排放的靴型喷油规律。以某中速大功率船用柴油机为原型,对比三种喷油规律,采用AVL BOOST软件对柴油机的推进特性的E3循环进行了模拟研究。结果表明:在油耗增加和功率下降都不超过3%的条件下,单独采用调压孔式柱塞喷油Boot2系统可使加权NOx排放值下降17%;采用调压孔式柱塞Boot2喷油系统及可变喷油正时技术可使加权NOx排放值下降35%。 A fuel pump with pressure-modulating-holes on plunger bushing was developed to realize boot-type injection with low NOx emissions.Based on a medium speed,high-power marine diesel engine,AVL BOOST was used to simulate its E3 cycle of propulsion characteristics with three fuel injection strategies.The simulation results indicated that,while the increase of fuel consumption and decrease of power remained less than 3%,using the pressure-modulating-hole Boot2 fuel injection system alone,mean NOx emissions was decreased by 17% ; using Boot2 fuel injection system cooperated with variable injection timing, mean NOx emissions was decreased by 35%.
