船用PA6柴油机缸压监测及其应用

Monitoring and Application of cylinder pressure of Marine PA6 Diesel Engine

以船用PA6柴油机的运行状态监测分析为背景,采用虚拟仪器技术,利用柴油机的瞬时转速信号、上止点信号和气缸压力信号,设计了柴油机缸压监测分析仪,实现缸内状态的监测、波形显示与异常情况报警。通过压力信号测量以及示功图分析,得出柴油机燃油系统的部分性能参数,并据此分析柴油机燃油系统可能出现的故障。模块化的程序设计使得该分析仪具有使用维护方便、功能便于扩充等优点,适用于柴油机的在线监测。

For the purpose of monitoring and analysis of PA6 diesel engine s operation,virtual instrument technology is adopted.Instantaneous speed signals,top dead center signals and cylinder pressure signals are used to develop a monitoring and analysis instrument for diesel engine s cylinder pressure.It can realize monitoring and wave display of in-cylinder condition,as well as alarm of abnormal conditions.By the measurement of cylinder pressure signals and analysis of indicator diagram,the basic performance parameters of fuel system are obtained, which can be used to study the probable faults. The analysis instrument＇ s modular programming results in easy maintenance and function - expansion, and can be used for on-line monitoring of diesel engine.
