摘要
肯尼亚地处东非大裂谷,OLKARIA构造是一个火山喷发岩沉积的开放性隆起。该构造与邻近的构造呈不均匀的阶梯状,从地表到目的层主要以流纹岩、粗面岩和玄武岩为主,凝灰岩次之,上部地层有少量的燧石和黄铁矿夹层。由于火山岩地层裂缝发育良好,漏失严重,用常规钻井液流体做为介质无法完成钻井作业,通过空气泡沫钻井技术在肯尼亚高温地热井的应用,解决了高温、漏失、低效率定向等因素给钻井工作带来的一系列困难,从而实现安全、快速、低成本的钻井施工,并探索出了一套适合高温地热井的钻井工艺技术。
African Rift Valley runs through Kenya,the configuration of ground is open uplift zone owning to volcano effusive rock deposit.Due to the formation fracture is well-developed,circulation loss is very serious,wells can't be drilled with conventional drilling fluid.But these problems of circulation loss,formation hard,formation high temperature can be settled with air foam,the air foam drilling technique suit to high temperature geothermal well was developed,and was applied successfully.
