摘要
为研制国产膜制氮装置,将CFD技术应用于膜制氮装置结构设计中。在膜制氮装置部件结构简化的基础上建立模型,对膜制氮装置内部流场和温度场进行数值模拟。研究表明,膜制氮装置内部空气流场和温度场分布合理,散热效果良好,有效地降低了内部温度。为膜制氮装置结构设计提供依据,从而大大缩短了整个装置的研发周期,确保膜制氮装置能够安全、可靠的运行。
For the development of China-made membrane separation nitrogen producing device,CFD technology was applied to membrane separation nitrogen producing device structure design.The three dimension model was established based on the simplified membrane separation nitrogen producing device,the inner flow field and temperature field of the membrane separation nitrogen producing device were simulated.The research indicated that:the distribution of flow field and temperature field in the membrane separation nitrogen producing device was reasonable;the effect of heat elimination was good,internal temperature was reduced effectively.The research result provided the basis for the membrane separation nitrogen producing device's structural design,reduced the research and development cycle greatly for the entire device,and guaranteed the air compressor ran in security.
