环保钻井液技术的研究与应用 被引量:16

摘要 实验优选出了5种具有较好环保性能指标的处理剂,通过配方优化和性能评价,得到了能满足钻井工程要求的环保钻井液。实验研究表明,得到的环保钻井液具有较好的抗温能力、抗盐钙污染能力、抑制分散能力,同时体系的生物毒性、生物降解性好,环保性能指标优良,能起到很好的减小钻井液对环境的危害。通过在广安地区6口井的现场应用表明,环保钻井液综合性能优良、维护处理方便,能很好地满足广安地区各种井型钻井要求,值得进一步推广应用。 Through the formulation optimization and the performance evaluation,the five kinds of treating agents with good environmental protection performance were optimized,and the environmental protection drilling fluid which can meet the requirements of drilling has been obtained.The experimental study indicated that the environmental protection drilling fluid has the good anti-temperature ability,anti-salty calcium pollution capacity,inhibition dispersion ability,and it can reduce the harm of drilling fluid to the formation because it has better biological toxicity and biological degradability.Through 6 well's field application in the Quang'an area,the results showed that the performances of environmental protection drilling fluid were very good and field application was convenient.It could satisfy the drilling requirements of all kinds of wells in the Quangan area.It is worth popularizing the applying further.
