摘要
对改善水泥浆触变性机理进行调研分析的基础上,建立了一种新型水泥浆触变剂体系。考察了矿化度与高pH值对该新型触变剂体系成胶性能的影响,对水泥浆添加剂对新型触变剂体系性能影响进行实验,并结合正交实验方法得到了触变剂体系的配方。利用滞后环法以及固井水泥浆API标准对强触变性水泥浆的触变性和常规性能进行了评价实验,认为水泥浆降失水剂对触变剂体系的成胶性能影响不大,水泥浆分散剂抑制触变剂体系成胶,但可以通过调整新型触变剂体系引发剂的加量改善触变剂体系的成胶性能;触变剂体系加入水泥浆中,水泥浆具有较强的触变性能,流动性较好,稠化时间比常规水泥浆延长,75℃、30min失水量为81ml,24h抗压强度为19.4MPa,均满足固井质量要求。
In this paper,a new thixotropic agents system was built,the effect of salinity and high pH on the gelation properties of the thixotropic agents system and the compatibility of thixotropic agents system with cementing additives were studied,the formulation of the thixotropic agents system was obtained by orthogonal tests,and the thixotropy and conventional properties of the new thixotropic cement slurry were evaluated by hysteresis loop method and API standards of cementing slurry.The results showed that,the fluid loss agent had less effect on the properties of thixotropic agents system,the dispersing agent could inhibit the gelatinization of thixotropic agents system,but the gel properties of thixotropic agents system could be improved by adjusting the initiator addition.The new thixotropic cement system has good thixotropic property and flowability,its fluid loss under 75℃ is 81mL,its compressive strength is up to 19.4MPa after cured for 24h,it can meet the needs of cementing quality.
