Contradiction and "True":A Study on Priest's "True Contradiction"

"真矛盾"概念是哲学界历来研究的主题。其核心问题是关于是"真矛盾"中"真"之内涵。而考察普利斯特的真矛盾,可以从真矛盾论的动机入手,比较"真矛盾"与"亚相容性",获得矛盾之"真"与其存在性之间的关系;也可以通过塔尔斯基真理模式的语用转型,分析矛盾的"成真"条件,在对逻辑悖论定义的讨论之上,揭示矛盾如何为"真"。最终"悖论逻辑"这一普利斯特用来刻画"真矛盾"的形式装置,无法实现对"真矛盾"的精确刻画。

This paper provides an analysis and evaluation on the ＂true contradiction＂ concept of Priest＇s theory,under the academic ground of Para consistent logic study and logic paradox study.The author investigates the motivation of dial theism,compares the ＂true contradiction＂ concept to ＂Para consistency＂,and points out the relation between contradiction and its ＂truth＂.By discussing the pragmatic-converting of Tarski＇s truth-schema and the definition of logical paradox,condition of ＂being true＂ of a contradiction and how it to be ＂true＂ are presented.It also provides a critical study on the ＂logic of paradox＂— the formal instrument used by Priest to characterize ＂true contradictions＂ and concludes that it fails to this work.
