摘要 2007年3月-2008年12月在东海水产研究所开展了编线工艺对渔用高强度聚乙烯(HSPE)编织线拉伸性能的影响研究。结果表明,在试验捻距范围(公称直径3.0 mm和3.9 mm编织线的试验捻距范围分别为11.1-29.2 mm、16.4-48.5 mm)内,若其它条件(包括线股结构、线芯用丝数量和线芯结构等)相同,则以不同捻距编织的相同公称直径渔用HSPE编织线的断裂强力及单线结强力均随捻距的增加而增加,而断裂伸长率及线密度则随捻距的增加而减小;多项式回归方程显示,断裂强力与捻距、单线结强力与捻距均显示较好的相关性(R2≥0.987 7)。在线芯用丝数量范围(公称直径3.0 mm和3.9 mm编织线的试验用线芯用丝数量范围分别为0~36、0~64)内,若其它条件(包括线股结构、捻距和线芯结构等)相同,则以不同线芯用丝数量编织的相同公称直径渔用HSPE编织线的断裂强力、单线结强力及线密度均随线芯用丝数量的增多而增加,而断裂伸长率则随线芯用丝数量的增加而减小;多项式回归方程显示,断裂强力与线芯用丝数量、单线结强力与线芯用丝数量均显示较好的相关性(R2≥0.969 5)。若其它条件(包括线股结构、捻距和线芯用丝数量等)相同,则将线芯结构由不加捻的平行丝束改为捻度为32 T/m的线股后,公称直径2.5 mm渔用HSPE编织线的断裂强力、单线结强力、断裂伸长率和线密度均有一定的增加。捻距、线芯用丝数量及线芯结构对渔用HSPE编织线拉伸性能的影响较大。 The effects of knitting technology on the tensile properties of braided high-strength polyethylene netting twine (braided HSPE netting twine ) for fishing have been studied in East China Sea Fisheries Research Institute from March 2007 to December 2008. The results showed that within the testing pitch of twist, whose range of the braided 3.0 mm and 3.9 mm HSPE netting twines were 11.1 - 29.2 mm and 16.4 - 48.5 mm respectively, if other conditions ( including the structure of strand, the amount of monofilaments used in twine core and the structure of twine core, et al. ) being the same, breaking strength and overhand knot strength of the braided HSPE netting twines increased with the pitch of twist, while linear density and percentage of breaking elongation of braided netting twines decreased with testing pitch of twist. Within the testing pitch of twist mentioned above, polynomial regression showed that there were positive correlations between the breaking strength and the pitch of twist, or between the overhand knot strength and the pitch of twist, the correlation R^2 ≥0. 987 7. Within the amount of monofilaments used in twine core, whose range of the braided 3.0 mm and 3.9 mm HSPE netting twines were 0 - 36 and 0 - 64 respectively, if other conditions ( including the structure of strand, the pitch of twist and the structure of twine core, et al. ) being the same, breaking strength , overhand knot strength and linear density of the braided HSPE netting twines increased with the amount of monofilaments used in twine core, while percentage of breaking elongation of braided netting twines decreased with the amount of monofilaments used in twine core. Within the amount of monofilaments used in twine core mentioned above, polynomial regression equation showed that there were positive correlations between the breaking strength and the amount of monofilaments used in twine core, or between the overhand knot strength and the amount of monofilaments used in twine core, the correlation R^2≥0. 969 5. If other conditions (including the structure of strand, the pitch of twist used in twine, the amount monofilaments used in twine core, etc) being the same, breaking strength, overhand knot strength, percentage of breaking elongation and linear density of the braided 2.5 mm HSPE netting twines can be improved by change of the structure of twine core, which is from a parallel thread without twining to a netting twine strand whose amount of twist is 32 T/m. We come to the conclusion that the pitch of twist, the amount of monofilaments used in twine core and the structure of twine core have a very positive influence on the tensile properties of braided HSPE netting twine.
