Comparison Valuation Method of Business Process Structure Based on Polychromatic Sets Theory & Entropy Theory

企业业务流程管理中,流程的预期定义模型往往与实施后的实际业务流程存在差异,差异的大小会影响流程模型有效性以及企业的运行效益。在利用统一建模语言和多色集合理论对业务流程建模基础上,提出一种针对业务流程间微观差异的形式化描述方法;并由此从业务流程的组织结构角度出发,提出基于熵理论的差异度计算评估方法,为进一步分析流程模型有效性及判定流程实施水平提供依据,是熵理论的在业务流程管理领域的理论扩展。

During the course in business process management, there would be diversity between the process instances and the predefined process model, which not only reduces the efficiency of process model but also affect the output benefit of enterprise. The formalization method used in description of differences with business process modeling technique based on UML and polychromatic sets theory was put forward. Besides, a method based on entropy theory for calculating deviation degree that provide the grounds for analyzing efficiency of the process model and process executions was presented, which is the further development of entropy in the business processes evaluation area.
