摘要
对近几年来发表的浮动缸套测量法进行了分析和评述。研究了缸套的径向支承、轴向力的平衡、燃气密封及减小高频振动等因素对浮动缸套测量方法的影响。应用“浮动缸套”测量装置的测量成果,说明了减少活塞组摩擦损失的优化途径和进展。
Analysis and comment are made on the floating cylinder sleeve method known in late years. Effect to the floating cylinder sleeve method is studied in respect of radial support of cylinder sleeve, axle direction force balane, combustion gas sealing and reduction of high frequency vibration, etc. Optimization way and development of piston set frictional loss reduction are explained by the measurement result achieved with the floating cylinder sleeve measurement equipment.
